Our South Meals N Deals is held monthly on the second Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

Lead Generation

Having a steady flow of leads is the lifeblood of any real estate business. If you are going to grow your business, you will need to develop a steady flow of leads. This month, Greg will be going through a series of methods that you can generate leads for your real estate business. Whether you are doing lease options, wholesaling, rehabbing or buying rentals Greg will share methods that investors use to generate 100s of leads per month.

Also, since this is the last meeting in the South Sound for the year, all of those in attendance will get to pick the topics that we will have in 2019. If you want us to bring your topics next year, make sure you are in attendance and your vote is counted.

About Our Moderator....

Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Finally, Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
