Our Bellingham Meals N Deals is held monthly on the fourth Wednesday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. If you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.

Speakers Monte Young and Lacey Lutjemeier

Monte will be talking on the Real Estate market in Whatcom County and Lacey will be speaking on the rental market

Monte Young:

Monte began his career in real estate in 1989. He is a licensed Associate Broker, and has also achieved a Certified Residential Specialist designation. In 2007, he earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is considered a doctorate education in commercial real estate. In 2015 Monte founded Bellwether Real Estate alongside four other owners, and since that time it has grown remarkably. In 2017, he co-founded Omni Property Management. Monte was born and raised in the beautiful Northwest and tries to fully take advantage of the activities it has to offer. Family is very important and he loves spending time with his three children and wife, Lisa.

Lacey Lutjemeier:

Lacey was born and raised in Bellingham, graduating from Sehome High School. She began her career in property management in 2001. Currently, she is the part owner as well as the Property and Operations Manager of Omni Property Management, which was founded in 2017.

About Our Moderator....

John Carey has been a REAPS member since 2014. He has been self-employed entrepreneur for the last 40 years. He spent 30+ years in the automotive field. he started his Real Estate investing at the age of 22 by buying his first duplex. He has been a full time investor since 2007. He holds Single Family rentals, Mobile Home/RV Park, Commercial Retail and does Rehab Flips. In his off time he enjoys family, the outdoors and music!
