Don will cover two diverse topics and answer your questions. He'll be covering going over the numbers and talking about cap rates, and then to the touchy-feely side and talking about working with different personality styles in a negotiation and real estate transaction. Come learn his perspectives and from his experience.

About Don Hale of Keller Williams Real Estate

Don Hale Don has spent most of his adult life involved in real estate in one form or another. He made that official in 2008 when he became a real estate agent. Previously, he owned a local business for 20 years. Don has experience in speculation houses, rentals and commercial property, as he has bought and sold all of the above. He loves to help people and teaches two types of classes, one for first time homebuyers and one for investors in real estate. He encourages his team to achieve their goals and helps support and guide them. When they do achieve their goal, he is the first to stand and cheer them on.
Don’s goal is to put together a team with integrity and drive. He wants them to serve their clients to the very best of their ability. His motto: God, family then business. Don is a Real Estate Agent with integrity to get the job done and the energy to move you.

Our Bellingham Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $25 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

About Our Moderator:

Eric Kouvolo

Eric Kouvolo - "It's not about money, it's about Freedom!" Eric graduated university with a finance degree, but an internship at a ski resort set him on a different path.
