Support green building; reuse and recycle

Keep usable building materials out of local community landfills!  Rehabbers and contractors can feel good about saving useful building materials, plus find treasures for your rehab.

When ripping out, don’t tossed into dumpsters and cart off to local landfills. Instead, carefully remove usable existing kitchen including countertops, cabinets, cabinet doors, doors, lighting, hardware, flooring, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, bricks . . . they even can take the kitchen sink.  Save hundreds of cubic feet of landfill space.

The newly removed items can be brought to salvage locations where they are repaired, refurbished and cleaned up. Then the items are placed for sale in the store, where they can be purchased at a fraction of the original cost and used by area landlords or homeowners.

Landlords and local residents in need of good-as-new, low-cost fixtures can now improve their homes for less money or with more character.
