Local Agents Bring the Deals!

Everyone has a different idea of what's a good deal for different reasons.  Our REAPS members/ Real Estate Agent friends will be scouring the market right before this meeting for their favorite deals. They will be looking for single family and multifamily.  Rentals, flips and possibly even land/development opportunities, we'll see if someone brings a wildcard or commercial deal...  The agents have no restrictions, just what is exciting them. They will be doing a quick show and tell on several properties per agent, and have available showing times on the weekend - if the deal is still there.

Our Kitsap Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Wednesday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $25 for guests. Registration is required. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for FREE.  Doors open at 6pm for networking & food, meeting begins at 7pm.

About Our Co-Host / Moderators...

Host: Kristel Knittel Daughtery started by investing for appreciation in 2010 in the Bay Area and in 2018 relocated to invest in Bremerton. She currently owns a duplex and works full-time as a Realtor and investor. Her goal is to generate enough passive income by 2025 to retire (aka work just for fun). An Army veteran, she also gives back to her community through the East Bremerton Rotary, and enjoys hikes, cooking, spending time with family and their two dogs.

 Mike Sumsky is a long-time REAPS member, REAPS Board member and MC of the REAPS Kitsap satellite group.  He is a full-time real estate investor and owner of Washington Home Solutions, based out of Bremerton, WA.  Mike specializes in creative deal structuring, raising private money, wholesaling, landlording and lease options.  When Mike is not flipping houses, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, rooting for the Seahawks, enjoying the outdoors, golfing and wine tasting.
