8421 Harborview Rd, Blaine, WA 98230    This is a For Sale house, then to close by Brewery afterwards.

Rehab Estimating Game ...and Deal or No Deal?

Let’s do a flip property walk through! John, Dustin and Mike, local flippers, will be there as “experts” and do a little “estimating game”. Have everyone try to estimate what the flip costs would be. Then John, Dustin and Mike give their opinion.

 

 The project is in Birch Bay.

Hopefully the weather will be nice and we can do beers after nearby.  Let’s meet at Beach Cat Brewery!  

Estimating Remodeling Costs is not an easy task.  John, Dustin and Mike we tell you what they would do on this potential flip house.    

How much to tackle on repairs for the best returns?  Stab at what the home is worth now and the After Repaired Value.

Normally:  Our Bellingham Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $25 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community!  Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.
