as the live case study for some perspective on Deal Analysis             
 
We'll run through ideas on what to look for, and keep an eye for the things that could be more risky.
Greg would like to go over 6-8 sample deals; wholesale, flip or holds.
 
Greg wants you to bring info for a house or multifamily potential deal
to work on the Art of Deal Analysis with him in the class.

 Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is involved in about 40 flips a year between him and his clients.  Also about 40 wholesales a year.  He is a licensed real estate broker the last 18 years, and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients.  Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
