About Matthew Link:
Matthew Link is an attorney and shareholder at McFerran Law. Mr. Link’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of real estate, business matters, estate planning, residential and commercial landlord tenant matters, and foreclosures. Mr. Link’s practice involves a variety of matters in both transactional and litigation settings. Mr. Link’s broad experience enables him to take a big picture perspective in providing cost-effective representation to his clients. Mr. Link grew up in University Place, Washington and attended law school at Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Link graduated from Seattle University cum laude in 2013 and he also received a CALI award in Property (highest grade in the section). Mr. Link joined McFerran Law over five years after practicing for a civil litigation group in Snohomish County after graduating law school. Mr. Link resides in Steilacoom, Washington with his wife and two (2) children. He spends his free time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering for the Seahawks and Mariners. Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is involved in about 40 flips a year between him and his clients. Also about 40 wholesales a year. He is a licensed real estate broker the last 18 years, and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
