Our South Meals N Deals is held monthly on the second Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

Augustus “Augie” Bukowski graduated from Washington State University with a degree in finance. With nearly 12 years of real estate experience, Augie owns and operates six vertically integrated businesses, including mortgage and multi-family real estate development. Augie consistently ranks among the top 1% of mortgage originators in America and has engaged in over 15 million dollars of real estate transactions since 2015. In 2018, Augie had 184 multi-family units in various stages of development, including apartments, townhomes, and luxury single-family homes.
Recently Augie began sharing his story as a guest speaker on some of the most visible real estate investment stages in the Pacific Northwest. Augie provides critical insights into multi-family investing, sharing how he turned a $2,500 loan and a $30,000 a year income into a multi-million dollar portfolio by the age of 35. He lays out a detailed plan for similarly situated investors outlining how to transition a successful business into a multi-million dollar real estate empire.
Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Finally, Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
