James Marszalek is active investor, while serving investor and military clients across the country. All Red Dot employees and agents are Military Veterans or Spouses. I'm an Army Combat Veteran myself, so working with and for my brothers and sisters is something I'm very passionate about, especially when it comes to financial independence and real estate investing. Over the years though, I've also gotten a lot of experience in FHA, conventional, REO, Short Sale, and owner financed deals too. On the investor side of things, I focus on providing roadmaps and education, and providing the management side of the passive cashflow for investor portfolios, specifically targeting military tenants with guaranteed income and housing allowances. I currently have income producing properties in Spokane and Tacoma WA. I have over $100,000,000 in sales, and over $65,000,000 in assets under management in our Property Management Division.
I spent 7 years active duty, where I studied conventional and guerilla military tactics, psychological warfare, interrogation and negotiation, etc. It's these skills, along with 12 months of combat experience, that I build investor road maps for myself and clients. After the military, I also spent several years working under a General Contractor who exclusively focused on Home Remodeling and New Construction for investors before I became an agent. I did this so I could be a better asset to my clients, and also more literate when it comes to looking at a job and knowing the approximate costs, and how it should and shouldn't be done. My end game is to build my rental empire for massive passive income, and use real estate sales, flips, and other investment vehicles to achieve that goal. I have a very strong network of title and escrow companies, private and hard money lenders, contractors, and various other vendors that can be called on when needed. I have a significant set of tools, resources, and strategies to bring to the table. Regardless of who you are, I want to share that with you. I don't gate information, I don't charge a fee, I'm not a guru. I wholly believe that real estate is the most effective tool to achieve financial independence, and I want that level of freedom for everyone.
